Ear2Ear Support
How to get help
Ear2Ear has no accounts and no servers, so support requests go through Apple's App Store review and feedback process.
- On the App Store: open Ear2Ear's page in the App Store, scroll to Ratings & Reviews, tap Write a Review and describe what happened. We read every review and reply there.
- Testing a beta in TestFlight: take a screenshot while Ear2Ear is open and tap Share Beta Feedback, or open the TestFlight app, choose Ear2Ear and tap Send Beta Feedback.
It helps to mention your iPhone or iPad model, its iOS version, your headphones and what you were doing when the problem happened. Reviews are public, so leave out anything personal.
Before you write
- A friend doesn't appear: check that Bluetooth and Local Network are allowed for Ear2Ear on both phones (Settings, then Ear2Ear), and that you've paired with each other face to face.
- Pairing doesn't start: open Add Friend on both phones at the same time, close together. If your names don't appear, use QR Code instead.
- Voices sound muffled on AirPods: turn on Full-quality AirPods audio in Ear2Ear's Settings. It works on AirPods that support it; wired headphones always sound full.
- Can't connect to a friend: make sure you both have the latest version. Older versions can't connect to newer ones.
